10Summary:
Provide spiritual leadership for the Prosper campus in the areas of pastoral care, ethics, and bereavement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Master's degree with major coursework in theology, counseling, and/or pastoral care or completion of educational track as appropriate to faith tradition.
4 Units of CPE (level 1 and level 2) or equivalent in clinical training, or extensive pastoral leadership experience.
Ability to work in interfaith, multicultural environment, excellent written/oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills; mature judgment; good boundaries, team player.
Work history demonstrating strong pastoral work ethic; demonstrated willingness to go the extra step.
Spanish fluency preferred.
One-year chaplaincy experience preferred.
Ordination and/or Endorsement as appropriate to candidate's faith group.
