What you will do

* Lead the team to deliver high-quality, on-time projects, and ensure that all team members have the same learning and development opportunities. Team members work in areas such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, data engineering, project management, UX design, and operations.

* Oversee daily/weekly/monthly operations and deliverables, develop and drive project plans, and provide updates to the client and stakeholders.

* Partner with the client and stakeholders to understand their business needs and KPIs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver effective solutions.

* Based on stakeholder needs, solution for and build strong business requirements that your team and engineering teams can execute against

* Maintain strong working relationships with the client and stakeholders.

* Establish and participate in the rhythm of business for the team, ensuring that insights are KPIs are shared and understood by all stakeholders and team members. Take responsibility for your team's results, and develop reports to be discussed with the client and stakeholders.

* Hire, supervise, and coach team members to meet high standards for deliverables.

o Provide ongoing feedback that helps your team members achieve their career development goals.

o Promote cross-team collaboration.

o Plan, organize, and coordinate work activities for your team members, ensuring the highest quality for our client and stakeholders.

* Work with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders in different time zones.

* Identify opportunities and share feedback and suggestions to optimize our team's processes.

What you will bring

* Required intermediate/expert experience using the Microsoft technology stack including Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, SharePoint, Teams, and Office.

* At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant position.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and analytical/organizational skills.

* Proven ability to deliver projects for audiences from the front line to leadership.

* Proven skills as a self-starter and ability to use a proactive approach to achieve results.

* Ability to quickly respond to changing work environments and audiences.

* Ability to conduct business with little direction and work independently.

* Solid relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a broad cross-function of people.
