Salary range is:
$152,833.00 - $210,000.00This position is equity and bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role
Seeking a self-motivated and collaborative lawyer to partner with their business counterparts to draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements in support of CCC’s growth as a global SaaS provider, including primarily SaaS (software-as-a-service) customer-facing agreements on behalf of CCC’s newly acquired company, EvolutionIQ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good judgment, provide practical advice that balances business needs, and be a strategic thinker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and constructively negotiate commercial agreements with customers, partners, vendors, and other third parties.
- Analyze legal risks, offer mitigations, and facilitate pragmatic solutions to obstacles.
- Communicate complex legal issues in plain English to assist business leaders’ understanding and decision-making.
- Provide timely and practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders with diligence and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the analysis and approach on a range of legal matters by supporting other legal department members on an as-needed basis.
- Willingness to keep current on relevant industry standards, laws, and regulations, notably in SaaS and AI.
- Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business needs are met
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant legal experience at a leading law firm or in-house experience at a technology company.
- Strong editing, writing, and negotiating skills.
- Experience advising clients on commercial terms for products, services, and/or licenses, including those involving SaaS and/or AI(preferred).
- Bar admission in good standing (or registered in-house counsel status with a state bar).Strong interpersonal skills and collegial attitude, a collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.
- Flexible and adept at working with technology.
