Project Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN
Setting: Hybrid
Contract: 12 Months
Day to day duties:
* Will be administering software agreements and renewals
* Updating financial agreement data base
* Coordinating with owners, vendors of agreements
* Processing the renewal through purchasing system
* Add documents to repository
* Software purchasing familiar with contract and licensing
* Financial acumen
Internal customers:
* Technology services
* Communications team
External customers:
* Work with vendors - quotes and work with Business group to coordinate through Adobe
