




We're looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager as the lead point-of-contact on an exciting Fortune 500 retail account. The ideal candidate will have marketing operations project management experience and be detail-oriented with a big-picture mindset. You'll push for continual process improvement and workflow efficiency.

This role is on-site in the office in Bentonville, AR.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate successful campaign or project outcomes
- The Project Manager will analyze project needs and identify the necessary resources to help achieve project objectives
- They will develop detailed project plans that outline key activities, timelines, ensuring adherence to a systematic development process
- The Project Manager will track and document the completion of work plan activities, initiating efforts to advance the project as necessary
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, they will monitor, measure, and report on progress to ensure timely and compliant delivery
- The Project Manager will also be responsible for modifying tasks, sequencing, and dependencies to maintain project momentum
- They will identify and address obstacles, ensuring appropriate resolutions are implemented
- Effective communication is crucial in this role, as the Project Manager will need to communicate project progress and issues, particularly regarding changes to project scheduling, scope, and delivery
- They will work closely with various teams throughout the duration of the campaign/project
- Completes other duties as assigned
