Summary: The Implementation Manager assists Account Managers, Account Executives, and others with detailed administrative tasks, including carrier and client installation paperwork, client proposals, and renewal finalization processes.

Additionally, they are responsible for configuring and supporting the benefits administration platform, as well as managing eligibility for associated lines of coverage within a dedicated book of business, serving clients of all sizes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Employee Navigator benefit administration platform for new instances and at renewal/open enrollment.
  • Provide day-to-day support to clients on the management of their Employee Navigator platform.
  • Support the testing and launch of Open Enrollment on Employee Navigator.
  • Support the transition of clients from Ease to Employee Navigator via migration and/or rebuild of platforms.
  • Enroll new employees in benefit plans by tracking transactions within various NFP managed benefit administration systems (Employee Navigator and Ease).
  • Processes ongoing status changes with the carriers including terminations, salary increases, life events, etc.
  • Processes open enrollment benefit plan transfers with the carriers during renewal.
  • Work with integrations team on data processing including carrier feeds, audits, file configuration and management.

Education and/or Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience working with Employee Navigator platform as a broker user.

  • Experience with Ease benefit administration platform is also preferred.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with handling PHI or other sensitive date is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $75,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
