  • Active contributor in team-wide legal analytics discussions and resolutions, and their releted research and outreach

  • Demonstrate a solid command of relevant rating methodologies and a knowledge of rating methodologies used by other Structured Finance Group teams

  • As needed, produce reports that summarize asset-level representations, warranties and enforcement mechanisms, along with comparisons to the relevant benchmarks, for structured finance transactions

  • When needed, the individual may join the lead analyst of the transaction to conduct transparency dialogue with market participants explaining our view of legal provisions in certain transactions or sectors

  • The individual will also be asked to coordinate discussions and seek consistent resolution of legal analytical issues at the team level, and supervise junior analysts on the team.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant industry dynamics and nuances, and current trends affecting the industries and represent Moody's to market participants on these topics as a credible expert

  • Coach and develop junior analysts on the team

  • Provide training as needed to team members and SFG staff

  • Help onboard new legal analytical members, including participating in recruiting

Qualifications:
