





Job Description
Our company has an incredible history in vaccines, including a strong portfolio of inline and pipeline pneumococcal vaccines.
This role is responsible for leading the ongoing US launch of our company's pneumococcal 21-valent conjugate vaccine as well as leading pneumococcal 15-valent conjugate vaccine and inactivated vaccine for adults. Our company's pneumococcal 21-valent conjugate vaccine is a key launch brand for the organization, having entered into a highly competitive and dynamic market. This is an area of significant growth and a high priority for the organization. It is a highly visible role requiring demonstration of strong executive presence.
The USCL must be able to lead both horizontally and vertically within our company. As the leader of a team of marketers, strong people management experience is required. Cross-functional leadership is also essential, as the USCL will need to effectively work with colleagues from Global Marketing, Global Pricing, Medical Affairs, Policy, Research Labs and other key stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead strategic direction of the commercial strategy and execution for our company's pneumococcal 21-valent conjugate vaccine , driving brand uptake to meet/exceed business objectives
Lead revenue and expense forecasting in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders
Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business objectives
Lead a team of direct reports and extended team members to accomplish brand goals
Lead US strategy for the future of our portfolio of adult pneumococcal vaccines
Education Minimum Requirement:
Required: BA/BS
Preferred: MBA
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of ten (10) years combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy/strategic planning, market research, sales, and/or marketing support
US vaccines experience, supporting comprehensive understanding of US vaccines market
Strong demonstrated people and cross-functional leadership
Experience leading diverse teams in a solid line and matrix environment
Strong executive presence / demonstrated ability to credibly engage with Senior/Executive leadership
Successful commercial experience leading brands across therapeutic areas
Strong understanding of US regulatory requirements
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Prior experience in P&L ownership
Experience in launching new products and/or new indications at the market level

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
