As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect who will work closely with business and IT leaders to define technology oriented business strategies. The Enterprise Architecture team is chartered to explore what is technologically possible to enable strategic and tactical business priorities and engage the organization to succeed in delivering solutions to the business. Enterprise architects collaborate on and influence change to business models, business process, organizations, and investments by contributing a technology perspective and analytical approach to decision activities.

Responsibilities include:
* Assess near-term needs, using structured interview processes, to establish business priorities. Consult with technical subject matter experts, and develop alternative technical solutions. Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.
* Track and provide visibility to the Information & Technology strategy for an area of the business.
* Create deliverables that illustrate how to move business goals forward.
* Provide consultation to assigned line-of-business leaders in defining or designing business capabilities, processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing, selling and enabling technologies.
* Seek ways to apply new technology to, and reuse existing technology for, business processes.
* Research and provide information on technical trends and partner ecosystem interactions relevant to assignments.
* Stay abreast of current technology trends both in the industry as a whole and with the applications deployed in the landscape.
* Research and design implementation strategies for new and/or alternate technologies that will further business goals and provide competitive advantages.
* Provide interim leadership to bootstrap new digital products, manage vendor relationships, or lead prototype technology efforts.

Required Skills
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to effectively influence other leaders in the organization.
* Curiosity and creativity demonstrated by introducing and promoting new ways to apply technology to business problems.
* Ability to recognize and articulate the essential impediments or opportunities to progress in a situation.
* Skilled in working with others in a collaborative fashion
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
* Strong business acumen
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree. Focus on information technology or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
* 2+ years mid-level leadership role (technical or management) in full lifecycle systems implementations, preferably with innovative digital products.
* 2+ years technology pre-sales, technology account management or similar role.
* 2+ years IT Business Architect or Solutions Architect role preferably with experience in large business process or organizational change initiatives.
