Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President-Source to Pay   Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Assistant Vice President-Source to Pay (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to provide innovative advisory services and solutions in ERP and Source to Pay technology products to clients to improve and optimize their business operations using predictive insights. Work closely with sales teams, various service lines, and leadership teams to provide consulting depth to clients in their efforts to improve, optimize, and transform their business operations and processes. Analyze business needs, define detailed requirements, validate proposed solutions/approaches with the business community, and recommend potential alternatives after evaluating business and technical considerations. Conduct business requirement analysis, including identifying the current business process related to Source to Pay and sourcing operations, developing "To-Be" process flow leveraging technology expertise, and demonstrating product vision. Deliver Master Data Management (MDM) product roadmap by partnering with stakeholders across the business and other technology teams. Conduct design and data mapping sessions with stakeholders and technical subject-matter experts (SMEs) of integrating ERPs and strategic platforms across technologies (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Custom Applications). Develop the high-level design and manage a team of high skilled developers to deliver plug-ins. Lead teams on executing data conversion and migration based on define rules during each implementation. Develop sustainable governance processes for Supplier MDM. Define data standards leveraging ERP domain expertise, configuration tools, documentation standards, and Agile and OUM methodologies. Identify potential program risks and develop mitigation plans. Identify key resources to execute plans and create feedback loop for continuous improvement on delivery. Develop and execute strategies to deliver digital products and services for high quality solutions/outcomes for customers and business units. Partner with client organization to identify potentials quality and process gaps into existing business applications by leveraging Six Sigma and Lean methodology. Lead technical teams to develop quick wireframes leveraging UX design tools for future application walkthrough to customers. Establish effective relationship with all service lines and other partners to co-innovate products and solutions that can be monetized across Genpact's multiple clients. Build a network of executive relationships across industry, Genpact business groups, and with key partners and customers to provide meaningful strategic advice to retain and grow Genpact business through integrated solutions. Coach and serve as role model on business transformation approaches and account leadership.   Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered or related occupation.
