We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal and Marketing Content Specialist to for our client in the financial services and law industry. It is required to have knowledge of financial services.
This position is full time and will last 3-6 months. This position is based in Chicago, and looking for local talent.
For the right fit, this position may convert to a direct hire position. The expectation is for a hybrid schedule, in office 2-3 days per week at their office in West Loop Gate.
Proposal Support:
Provide project management for the development and submission of request for proposals (RFPs) with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and draft proposal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Ensure proposal content follows RFP questions, requirements, and guidelines.
Ensure content effectively represents the Firms capabilities, policies, and services.
Content Development and Support:
Create and update marketing content
Adapt and format content for pitches, presentations, brochures, LinkedIn profiles, and other marketing/recruiting materials
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree and writing samples
Experience in proposal writing and knowledge of proposal best practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Dependability, adaptability, problem-solving; strong analytical skills
High degree of client service attitude; strong organizational and time management skills.
High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (InDesign proficiency a plus).
Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan. Sick leave is provided to Candidates whose assignment work location is in a state or city subject to sick leave laws. A Minimum Value (MV) PPO medical plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and paid holiday eligibility are based on length and dates of service.
