Job Description Responsibilities: • Perform billing and job cost functions accurately and efficiently • Prepare AIA payment requisitions for projects that require schedule of values and supporting documents • Prepare invoices for time and material • Enter invoices in accounting system • Client interactions for approved percentages, revising requisitions accordingly, track approved and pending change orders, and invoice submitting • Assist with maintaining job cost data and preparing project worksheets • Preparing job cost analysis and reports when requested
Skills/ Qualifications: • Familiar with full construction revenue cycle and construction accounting • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Proficiency in using accounting software • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
