Job Summary:

Legend Homes is actively seeking a Strategic Marketing and Sales Analyst to support the business across all operating markets. The role requires a deep understanding of new community development, production homebuilding and strategic execution, as well as revenue generation and financial and business process acumen. The Strategic Marketing and Sales Analyst will be accountable for completion of community feasibility packages, completing community reviews for underperforming assets and owning market research and consumer insight initiatives for the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Accountable for completion of community feasibility package. Owns process end-to-end, coordinating between cross-functional teams to manage deadlines, data and analyses.

· Responsible for conducting strategic community reviews for underperforming assets. This requires field visits and travel to Texas markets.

· Works as a consultant for senior leaders across land, marketing and sales departments as an objective source for providing data analysis and strategic recommendations related to business objectives.

· Responsible for conducting, analyzing, and reporting on market insights and consumer experience initiatives for multiple teams including sales, marketing, land and customer care.

· Prepares and distributes regular reports on business analytics and lead indicators related to business strategy for and across senior leadership teams including, but not limited to, sales metrics, sales reinvention tool, sales reporting and analytics and specific financial metrics.

· In conjunction with marketing department, conducts ongoing market research to understand upcoming industry trends and shifting consumer preferences.

· Responsible for publishing these research insights and findings to senior leaders across the organization.

· Presents data analysis and product performance evaluations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Expert working knowledge of market research techniques, including surveys, consumer focus groups and interviews.

· Ability to analyze and gleam insights from data across multiple sources and make sound recommendations to business leaders.

· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional team across different levels of the businesses.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with teammates, cross-functional groups, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred

· 2+ year’s experience in general real estate and/or construction industry

· Demonstrated ability to conduct research and data analysis related to business and financial objectives

· Prior experience in a consultative role a plus

· Ability to travel to communities and operating markets as needed
