Aquent Studios is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Owner to work for our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, on the  development and enhancement of the MyWay app for Dupixent in the US market. The ideal  candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and  working closely with the global Product Owner and cross-functional teams to deliver a high quality digital experience for Dupixent patients. 

The ideal talent will be in commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, OR Cambridge, MA and work onsite 2 days a week. 

Key Responsibilities: 

* Own the product vision and strategy for the MyWay app, aligning it with Dupixent’s overall  digital strategy in the US market. 

* Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs,  business value, and technical constraints. 

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to drive data-informed  decision-making. 

* Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and refine  user stories and acceptance criteria. 

* Act as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders,  ensuring clear communication of product requirements and progress. 

* Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and  improvements. 

* Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure the app meets all necessary  healthcare and data privacy requirements. 

* Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. * Stay up-to-date with digital health trends and competitor offerings in the US market. 

Qualifications: 

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;  Master’s degree preferred. 

* 5+ years of product experience, preferably in digital health or pharmaceutical industry.

* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional  teams. 

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex  ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in the  healthcare space. 

* Experience with patient support programs and understanding of the US healthcare  system. 

* Familiarity with digital analytics tools and data-driven decision-making processes.

* Knowledge of Dupixent and its indications is a plus.

* Ability to interact and collaborate with cross functional experts  

* Excellent project management and organizational abilities 

* User-centric mindset with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
