Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale, international program that supports overall organizational excellence in program and project management. The successful candidate will define tools and processes to streamline operations and ensure the program's alignment with business strategies and budgets.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the vision and strategy for the program, establishing cross-functional and regional coordination, managing resources, and ensuring vendor relationships are optimized. You will also act as an escalation point for project issues, manage program dependencies, and chair steering committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the vision, strategy, and deliverables of a large-scale international program.
  • Ensure the program aligns with overall business strategies, goals, and budgets.
  • Own the business case for the program, establishing and maintaining cross-functional and regional coordination.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for meeting program objectives within defined financial and resource constraints.
  • Build and lead the program team while managing interdependencies across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all vendor contracts, performance, and communications are effectively managed to meet program objectives.
  • Oversee the proper staffing of Project Managers across all projects within the Artificial Intelligence Machine learning team.
  • Support the development of project objectives and define the project scope.
  • Act as the main escalation point for resolving issues that may affect the project’s cost, schedule, or performance.
  • Lead and chair program steering committee meetings to ensure program goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-9 years of directly relevant experience. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Confluence and Jira is required.
  • Familiarity with Lucid/Lucid Spark or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) teams.
  • Ability to showcase successful projects from start to finish is highly encouraged.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $73 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
