Our client is seeking a skilled and collaborative UX Designer to join our growing Digital Product Design team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design and agile product thinking who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences.

You will be responsible for contributing to the design of end-to-end experiences across our platforms, from research and wireframes to polished interfaces. Experience with enterprise CRM (ECRM) tools and processes is a plus, as this role is designing systems that support member service and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, researchers, developers, and other designers to define and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, elegant designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals that align with our client’s design system and accessibility standards.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Help evolve and maintain our design systems and contribute to design documentation.
  • Present and communicate design work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to design strategy for products that may integrate with ECRM platform Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in a large-scale or regulated environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects with clear problem-solving and impact.
  • Proficiency in Figma or XD.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum workflows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Familiarity with ECRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and their role in customer engagement and service.
  • Experience designing for financial services, enterprise systems, or high-volume transactional interfaces.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72.58 to $80.65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
