Job Description:
Title: JCWA Integration Engineer
Location: San Antonio, Texas (Lackland AFB)
Schedule: Monday through Friday standard 40 hour work week with core hours
Job Type: 6 month contract to hire

Brief description of the project: This person pulls the pieces together. They will Represent 16 AF perspective on JCWA programs to HAF/A5 (lead for AF perspective). Represent AF equities. Programming, requirements, gap identification to identify AF specific needs for JCWA subcomponent (list) integration. Larger system of systems. Impacts of system activities on overarching architecture and requirements and other systems. Includes UP (Unified Platform), ELICSAR, JCC2, JCWA (Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture), JDE, JADC2, and ABMS.
Gaps and relationships. Supports USCYBERCOM JCWA system integration efforts. Work with the lead integration SME at USCC/JIO J9.
Day to Day:
This person will need to identify gaps in coverage so that if an acquisition happens they will identify the requirements so that US Cyber Comm can get that. Will be going through Air Force process to get acquisitions approved.
Someone who has worked at the architecture level that will have knowledge of the other weapon systems.
They are doing the requirements side of the acquisition. They get the guidelines of the weapon systems they are going to acquire. They have to determine what specific gap they have and what the branch is going to pay for to fill that gap.
Can find someone without acquisition or requirements experience
Must have skills/technologies:
Must have knowledge of DoD Cyber technologies, specifically Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture
