Job Description:

Location:Various locations in and around Chicago, IL

Duration:6-Month Contract to Hire

Pay Rate:$23-$25/hr (equivalent to $52K annually)

Hours:

• Full-Time:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some weekends and holidays may be required with overtime)
• Part-Time:20-30 hours/week (consistent schedule)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fleet management and customer service? We have an immediate need for Fleet Coordinators to join our team!

• Manage Variable Fleet Units:Oversee delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition.
• Inspections:Conduct thorough pre and post in-service inspections.
• Detailing and Cleaning:Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Repairs:Schedule and manage mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
• Refueling:Ensure returned units are refueled and ready for the next use.
• Relationship Building:Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel.
• Record Keeping:Maintain detailed records of all activities, whether performed by vendors or managed in-house.
• Collaboration:Work closely with Buyers and Customers to continuously improve the fleet program.

• Authorization:Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's License:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • At least 6 months of rental car experience managing a fleet of at least 50 vehicles.
  • 1+ years managing rental or fleet vehicles with a strong understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service.
  • 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
