We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Inventory/ Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that meet their requirements
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Provide top-notch customer service in a professional manner

Experience:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is required
- Previous experience in customer service and sales
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual capabilities beyond English and Spanish are advantageous
