* Familiarity and previous engagement with Learning Management systems, such as CornerStone.
* Experience engaging with senior leaders in large, corporate settings.
* Program management experience designing, delivering and measuring impact of leadership development curricula.
* Willingness to travel up to 20%

Education:
Bachelor's degree with qualifications in business, organizational psychology, instructional design, adult learning, multi-media technology (Master's degree in business, HRD, OD or I/O preferred).

Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the design of Moody's go-forward talent development strategy in partnership with other Talent Development leaders and the SVP-Talent.
* Lead various projects and initiatives to inform the creation, socialization, and deployment of an evolved talent development strategy.
* Design global Leadership Development programs for MCO leaders and employees to support the successful implementation of business objectives and strengthen Moody's talent pipeline.

About the team/role:

The VP-Talent will serve as strategic partner to the SVP-Talent, Chief Talent Officer, and broader People Leadership Team to help evolve Moody's talent development strategy, optimizing alignment between the company's strategic direction and the workforce's skillset.
