Full Job Description
Our client in the health and wellness space is looking for a VP of Integrated Marketing! This is a HYBRID, full-time role, sitting in Dallas and will start immediately for the right candidate.
The VP of Integrated Marketing will be partnering with department leaders to develop an omnichannel marketing strategy and leading team members through brand evolution. This person will also be instrumental in developing new brands and creating go to market strategies for new products and brands.
VP of Integrated Marketing Requirements
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
- 15 + years experience in marketing preferably in the health & wellness, supplements, nutrition, food & beverage or beauty industries
- Experience with direct-to-consumer ecommerce and retail
- Experience leading brand marketing and new product launches
VP of Integrated Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing strategy, in collaboration with sales, for brick-and-mortar channels
- Partner with the VP of Sales on pricing strategy, based on competitive analysis, market trends, and other strategic factors
- Provide oversight of, monitor, and evaluate R&D performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with R&D, operations, and quality to ensure products align to integrated brand and marketing strategy
- Lead, oversee, and integrate the Brand and Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital Marketing verticals while optimizing cross-departmental processes
- Implement the organizations strategic marketing plan and partner with department leaders to develop a long-term roadmap that will achieve market expansion, brand awareness, revenue targets, and overall company growth
-Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising to generate new customers, drive brand and product awareness
- Develop and oversee brand standards and management of the brand, ensuing consistency in production, messaging, tone of voice, positioning, and visual identity across all sales and marketing channels
- Establish and oversee strategic promotional and advertising plans across the entire marketing funnel
- Establish key performance indicators for marketing activities, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management
- Develop and optimize the organizations long-and short-term marketing goals and strategic direction, meeting marketing demands and delivering consistent sales and profitability in alignment with organizational goals
- Establish and manage marketing budget as it relates to staffing, professional development, product development, new product introduction, product redesign, promotional activities, and all marketing activities and initiatives
- Ensure all marketing projects are completed in an effective, efficient manner and work is completed in a timely fashion, meeting deadlines
- Responsible for the selection and management of vendors and measurement against KPIs
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce marketing channels
- Assess and grow the skills of the marketing team as they relate to marketing objectives, strategic priorities and overall market needs
- Identify training and professional development opportunities; provide mentorship and knowledge sharing with marketing team members
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 direct reports and oversee a department of 35 people.
- Handle 1:1s, performance issues and other management related tasks.
