The Transformation Leader is responsible to develop and implement a strategic roadmap to enable business growth that includes efforts/programs to optimize processes, reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, drive strategic alignment, mitigate risks, foster innovation, and improve the overall performance of the Supply Chain, resulting in long-term business success.
Your role:
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. This includes setting clear goals and objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating a roadmap for achieving transformational outcomes.
Change Management: Leading and managing change within the organization by effectively communicating the need for transformation, building a sense of urgency, and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders. Developing change management plans, providing training and support to employees, and addressing any resistance or challenges that arise during the transformation process.
Execution management: Leading and driving the execution of the supply chain transformation roadmap, establishing program organization, governance & infrastructure to support on time delivery of the programs.
Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize supply chain processes. Evaluating existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Talent Development: Building and developing a high-performing supply chain transformation team capable of driving and sustaining new capabilities and solutions.
Innovation & Technology Enablement: Assessing and leveraging technology solutions to enable supply chain transformation.
Continuous Improvement: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain by encouraging innovation, fostering experimentation, and promoting a mindset of agility and adaptability.
You're the right fit if:
You have acquired 10+ years in various functions of the Supply Chain including but not limited to operations, program and change management in a global company.
You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Management, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering or closely related field (MBA is preferred).
You have a strong background in E2E Supply Chain management, with a focus on transformation and capability improvement (connecting the dots), all with a strong bias to action. You have the ability to bridge across multiple, often interdependent, initiatives to manage the net financial outcomes and to highlight and manage dependencies.
You have a proven track record of successfully leading and driving supply chain transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
You are able to handle problems or conflicts with others openly and directly. You are committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes.
You possess strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions. Effective to lead and coach organization to create models to analyze “what-if” scenarios for proactive planning purposes.
You have a deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and commitments. Able to hold peers, partners and self-accountable to commitments.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an onsite position. The EC Transformation Leader will be based in Bothell, WA.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $151,300 to $249,300, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
