Job Title: Titleist Golf Club Influencer Events Activation Specialist
Salary Range: $66,000.00 – $82,000.00 /annual; plus, bonus eligibility
Summary: Support the implementation and execution of key, best-in-industry Golf Club Influencer event and fitting initiatives. Manage and elevate in person golf club activations with key influencers and consumers, to strengthen golfer connection with the Titleist brand and promote Titleist Club purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all golf club influencer activations at in-person events, locally, regionally, and at the Titleist Performance Institute and Titleist Performance Center at Manchester Lane.
- Partner with Communications and Influencer Marketing Manager to target strategic influencer event and tournament opportunities in support of overarching golfer connection and clubs marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a key team member in creating best-in-class experiences with an eye toward constantly uncovering new ways to enhance and elevate all events.
- Identify, conceptualize, and oversee all event planning and logistics activities.
- Work with fitting team to schedule all Titleist club fittings for key influencers and consumers.
- Provide exceptional service as a dedicated point of contact for influencers and consumers.
- Oversee all order management and follow up to strengthen connection with consumers.
- Primary point of contact and project manager for product Launch Fitting initiatives.
- Work across departments to finalize ambassador and media list, audit event capacity and track fitting and sales team’s progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand team for fitting email invitation execution.
- Reconcile orders and report status to sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate all event marketing activities including asset creation, marketing communications, product forecasting and ordering.
- Manage sourcing, distribution and organization of all marketing items and collateral for events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Service-oriented mentality and experience working with high-profile clientele.
- Must possess golf knowledge.
- Some domestic travel (approximately 30% of time) and periodically work extended hours in an outdoor environment.
- Demonstrated passion for the game of golf required.
- This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, and project management. Must be able to attend required social events outside normal work hours.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and exhibit organizational skills.
- This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.
- Experience in project management with a track record of successful events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Meticulous attention to detail.
- Expert time management skills.
- Must be able to work long hours and juggle multiple tasks. A passionate golfer with sales capabilities and eagerness to learn about products is preferred.
