Please review the following job description:

Partner with business leaders to align activities and solutions to business strategy. Recommend solutions based on research, information analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders and partners. Depending on workflow and type of business requirements, may provide project or program management, financial or other reporting, analysis and recommendations, vendor management, change management, or communications. May also be assigned to focus on one area of expertise, depending on business need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Apply subject-matter or functional expertise and industry knowledge to research, analyze, design, and/or maintain solutions and/or programs in support of changing business needs.
2. Perform analysis, validation and interpretation of report outputs. Recommend actions to business leaders based on interpreted findings of the analyzed business reports.
3. Apply in-depth knowledge within own professional discipline and a foundational understanding of concepts and principles of other related professional disciplines. Apply knowledge of best practices derived from experience and external networking to solve a range of complex technical and operational problems.
4. Exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Explain and interpret complex or sensitive information.
5. Lead projects or programs with complex risks and resource requirements; plays significant roles in larger, more complex initiatives. Impacts a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, especially with the general concepts of business management, such as financial analysis, change management, business continuity planning, and project management.
2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline to which they are assigned (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.).
3. Understand foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects.
4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among stakeholders.
5. Advanced communications skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and influence.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree
2. Consulting experience
3. Banking or financial services experience
4. If assigned to a specific area of focus, specific skills in that area may be required.

5. Business Continuity Planning background.
