Responsibilities

Our Human Resources & Development team is looking for a highly skilled and creative Learning Experience Designer with a strong background in instructional design and adult learning. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing large-scale, complex learning initiatives, particularly for leadership audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design of learning experiences that align with business objectives and leadership development, with a focus on measurable KPIs and performance outcomes.
  • Bringing an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and resourcefulness to the development of innovative learning solutions.
  • Managing multiple, complex projects while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring successful stakeholder engagement.
  • Effectively presenting work and storytelling to senior executives and large audiences across various leadership levels.
  • Navigating dynamic environments with ease and thriving in situations of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrating expertise in marketing and virtual storytelling, with experience in these areas being a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Rise and Articulate Storlyline
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs
  • Expertise in designing scalable curriculum and learning experiences for various sized audiences, ensuring consistent delivery and impact
  • Proficiency in evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development programs using various metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in developing marketing materials and communication strategies to promote leadership development programs
  • Application of adult learning theories and instructional design principles for diverse learning styles
  • Management of development programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional team and senior leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experience creating long-term leadership development strategies supporting organizational objectives and initiatives
  • Leadership experience

  • Strong project management skills to oversee the development and execution of leadership programs

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
