Description:We are Lockheed Martin


You will be the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Test Automation lead for all SI&T supported F-16 programs requiring system level test automation. Our team is responsible for incorporating design requirements into our test procedures, thoroughly testing the F-16 Avionics Hardware and Software together, and supporting F-16 Flight Testing all to ensure the end user/customer gets a bug-free product as possible.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Test Automation lead you will be responsible for
leading and directing all test automation work, developing and updating the test automation architecture and strategy, oversee test script development, developing all strategy and basis of estimates (BOEs) for future automated test activities on the SI&T team.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and updating all current and future test automation architecture
* Test script development strategies
* Coordinate all current and future test automation tools and enhancements designed for the SI&T test automation environment.
* Reporting of status on all SI&T test automation progress to F-16 program leads and senior leadership.
* Support and bid future work for SI&T test automation

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline (computer engineering/computer science preferred), or non-tech Bachelors relevant experience/combined education
* Software Development/Engineering experience
* Experience in test automation
Desired Skills:
* Experience within the Simulation and System Test (SST) organization
* Experience developing a vision for an organization or team
* Experience leading and architecting test automation strategy for a test automation team
* Experience architecting and incorporating AI/ML into existing development and test processes
* Experience with System Integration & Test (Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test requirements, Test Reports, Automated Test, Verification Test, FMET)
* Knowledge and use of test automation tools
* Knowledge of Big Data tools
* Knowledge of Big Data/AI uses for automated tools
* Knowledge of SI&T handoffs and connections to Flight test
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
