The Subcontract Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for the preparation and administration of subcontract compliance for multiple companies, and other activities in support of the administration of government-issued contracts. This is a temporary position, expected to last for at least 3 months
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the contracts department with subcontract compliance requirements
- Obtain required compliance documents from Subcontractors and support their efforts in maintaining compliance
- Assist in building relationships with Subcontractors by being pro-active in their government requirements to Doyon
- Track Certificates of Insurance for Subcontractors and their Lower Tiers
- Maintain detailed and organized electronic and hard copies of compliance documents and maintain Vista Software
- Prepare Subcontract Ledger & Compliance Reports
- Provide support for customer/client activities
- General departmental administrative support
- Other administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- High school diploma
- Must possess strong PC computer and Microsoft Office software skills
- Two years office administration experience
Preferred
- Basic understanding of federal contracts
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- One-year contract or subcontract administration experience
- Construction company or government contract experience
SALARY & BENEFITS: Hourly salary range for this position is $20.00-$25.00. Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and work location. Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, vision, dental, flexible spending, employee assistance program, group and voluntary life and disability insurance and 401(k) retirement plan. Paid Time Off, 10 paid holidays, 5 bereavement and 10 jury duty paid leave.
