This role will drive globalProduct
Marketingstrategies and positioning for process simulation, and process optimization
software products. This role will contribute significantly to the long-term
strategy and product roadmap. Bring your creativity to bridge from our Product
Management team to our CustomerMarketingteam on content topics:
digital events such as webinars and podcasts, long form assets like white
papers and eBooks, or empowering sales with playbooks and battlecards. Develop
differentiation strategies to clearly distinguish our unique domain expertise
and products against new and legacy industry competitors.
Collaboration is key as you will partner across the organization
to accomplish growth goals. You will engage with product managers and directors
in your assigned product line, plusmarketingcommunications
anddigital marketingspecialists, sales leaders, consulting leaders,
and strategy managers. Your work will include NPIs/product launches and
supporting campaigns and events that help us grow in process industries like
Oil and Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals, Chemical and Metals and Mining.
You will report directly to our Director
Offering Management guide and you'll work out of our Houston TX location on a 3/2
hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead product marketing for process simulation, and optimization software products
- Understand the market & investigate options, including industry trends,segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Co-develop competitive intelligence for your assigned product line, with strategic analysis team and other market research resources across Honeywell
- Be 100% customer-centric - Understand the industrial buyer persona(s) and their journey for your assigned product line; drive customer feedback to product roadmap owners
- Create and manage assigned product line's Value Propositions plus individual product value props
- Work with key stakeholders in Product Management function, to support growth strategy for your assigned product line
- Work with Sales leadership and Consulting to ensure growth of the pipeline and sales enablement. Consult with field Sales in HCI and other Honeywell entities on growth initiatives, ABM, and field sales training
- Lead development of the Product Marketing strategy and ensure the CustomerMarketingfunction executes themarketingplans on themes and verticals that support your assigned product line.
- Own and coordinate the market launch of products, following the Z21 approach to grow demand and results quickly -- heavily aligning and collaborating with product management, customermarketing, and sales
- Drivecustomer advisory board(CAB) activities and content
- Support Analyst Relations with strategy function & provide materials as needed; work closely with customermarketingto support promotional activities of awards.
Team with CustomerMarketingfunction:
- Ensure aligned messaging, inbound and outboundmarketingtactics in campaigns.
- Collaborate on content development with creative services,event management,digital marketing, PR.
- Translateproduct positioninginto content such as digital events, long form collateral, and sales tools.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Chemical Engineering background with Industrial Automation or Process Simulation experience
- 3+ years ofproduct marketing,product management, solutions consulting or sales experience in industrial software or related technologies for asset intensive industries
- 3+ years' experience in functions related to advanced process control or process simulation
- 3+ years' experience with executing growth in B2B

- Bachelor's degree, MBA not required but preferred
- Industrial software product management or product marketing in industrial software products
