Our client, a private academy, is seeking a Senior Manager/ Associate Director of Digital Marketing to join their team temp-to-perm.
This role is ONSITE in Denver, 5-days/ week 8-4, and a computer will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education, community, and marketing!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help develop digital marketing strategies for SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and advertising.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (web, email, ad): ideation, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure alignment with marketing strategy.
- Prioritize and execute all digital marketing plans.
- Use digital analytics tools to regularly analyze campaign performance. Interpret data and provide solutions for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to align digital content with brand and communication goals.
- Coach internal stakeholders on best practices.
- Manage digital marketing and design vendors.
- Help design/edit graphics for digital marketing as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, planning and executing integrated digital marketing strategy.
- Proficiency with an email service provider. ActiveCampaign, Raiser's Edge nice to have.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM systems.
- Experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.
- Experience with B2C marketing.
- Ability to identify if something is on brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.
- Experience in the Education or non-profit sector, ideal.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
