The Honeywell Enterprise IT Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team has deployed strategic platform for aftermarket planning, Servigistics to introduce common business processes, supported by standard application landscape which will facilitate growth, meet customer needs, and reduce customer response and cycle times. As a Sr. IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will work in the Enterprise IT Digital Supply Chain team in the Planning domain to architect, design, configure, test, and deploy the end-to-end supply chain planning solutions with a focus on After-Market Planning with focus on Servigistics application and required integration with SAP.
You will report directly to our Director, IT and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will closely work with Business users, IT Business partners, Honeywell Global Business leaders and IT COE's to evaluate business problem statement, analyze, articulate, and lead in end-to-end solution build including training using Servigistics as Honeywell Enterprise Standard Planning application.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key focus on understanding end to end Supply Chain Planning business processes, identify potential areas of opportunities for design and process improvements and automation of processes within Aftermarket planning process using PTC's Servigistics application.
- Configure the supply chain planning - Servigistics to support business requirements, design different seeded solutions.
- Build to design and develop technical/functional specifications with Servigistics and SAP Planning applications and data management/data migration with source and target applications.
- Lead and Develop solutions in supply chain planning and after market planning by working identified gaps in meeting of business requirements. Conduct customer workshops to understand end to end business process requirements, articulate in propose of the best possible solution.
- Good collaboration with all stake holders which includes IT, Business leaders, external IT, business partners, end users and team members to come out with business problem statement, initiate leading the solution development as required by adhering to the organizational guidelines and processes.
- Ability to travel as required, up to 25% to the project locations in peak-times

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience with Servigistics application with functional understanding on supply chain planning, after-market planning and SIOP
- Implementation experience of two end to end projects within after-market planning on Servigistics
- Must have strong hands-on experience by designing solutions in Servigistics application.
- Very good understanding of Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc.
- Knowledge of integrating Servigistics with SAP for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
