Senior Development Engineering Manager
In this exciting and fulfilling role, you will be challenged as a leader of a team as both a Functional Manager as well as a Project Manager within our Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging business unit.
Your role:
- Management of Transducer new product development and technology projects
- Functional Manager of a team of Engineers and Technicians made up of cross functional disciplines.
- Be a key contributor to our cross-site Transducer R&D staff
- Lead new product development projects, business critical improvement initiatives, and other cross functional activities.
- Assist in developing Transducer R&D strategies and planning.
You're the right fit if:
- BS in Technical Engineering discipline.
- Prior experience and proven ability to work on a leadership team, as well as participating and contributing to a major product development core team.
- 5+ years of experience providing leadership, setting direction of a team, and coaching direct reports in a fast paced R&D environment.
- Good motivational and communication skills; both written and verbal ability to present on status of projects to senior management.
- Develop, manage, and report on status of project/department budgets.
- Experience in good Project Management principles and practices
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Reedsville,PA is $116,000 to $199,000.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
