Our global client is looking for a Social Media Analyst for a 12 month contract position in Culver City, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Social Media Reporting.
- Lead reporting for owned social media channels, covering campaign specific, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
- Establish and maintain owned social media benchmarks across platforms to evaluate success and identify trends.
- Track and analyze the performance of creators and third party partners, establishing benchmarks and providing insights to optimize partnerships and illustrate results.
Other Digital Reporting & Monitoring
- Track and report on brand-related digital conversations as well as broader industry topics.
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize digital conversation data, including sentiment analysis and topic modeling.
- Set and evaluate KPIs for digital conversation and search performance.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, including but not limited to geo-specific topic modeling, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Provide insights that drive strategy by analyzing diverse datasets, identifying trends, and offering targeted recommendations.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.95 to $52.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
