Full Job Description
Processes and reviews legal documents such as subpoenas, civil warrants, eviction notices, protection orders, and other forms for quality and accuracy. Enter data into computer system and back up records in accordance with procedures.
Retrieve information from computer systems, prepare reports, forms and other documents.
Perform functions such as time stamping, receiving, posting and pick up of mail. Maintain records, process invoices or payments and other administrative tasks.
Performs customer services such as researching information, answering questions and assisting customers.
perform office tasks such as typing, filing, phoning, scanning and copying.
Processes Sheriff's sale tax warrants from City Treasurer.
