Role and Responsibilities
- As a technician you will be an integral part of operations by diagnosing, repairing, and providing planned maintenance on a range of commercial kitchen appliances including, but not limited to, cooking, refrigeration, dishwashing equipment, and/or HVAC
- Occasional operation of heavy machinery
- Frequently driving, backing up, and navigating trucks with various trailers
- Manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously
- Utilize basic hand and power tools to complete projects
- Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout the Puget Sound region
- Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory
- Utilizes ticketing system to communicate with Restaurant Manager and staff to keep them informed of estimated timelines for repair of equipment
- Willing to be involved with emergency on-call rotation, including night and weekends
- Other Building Maintenance including internal building, and grounds repairs.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC
- Relevant training, licenses, or certifications preferred
Work Environment
- Prolonged periods standing, walking, and working around kitchen equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Must be comfortable working long hours, including nights and weekends.
- Noise level is usually moderate
