OVERVIEW
Our Client is expanding its Retailer PMO team and is seeking a talented and driven Technical Project Manager to contribute to their fast-growing enterprise. As a vital part of the Retailer Delivery team, the Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in orchestrating the cohesive, and timely execution of retailer implementation projects and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for their retail partners.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the execution of project plans for product implementations, ensuring alignment with both Our Client’s goals and their retail partners expectations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, fostering cross-functional synergy between Our Client and their retail partner organizations to streamline the execution of project dependencies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for retail partners during the implementation phase, providing comprehensive project leadership that ensures a seamless onboarding experience.
- Project Planning: Deeply understand the retailers business needs, expectations, and requirements; work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to define key deliverables, estimate timelines, assess risks, and prepare necessary tools.
- Project Execution: Coordinate the project teams activities to ensure task completion; develop and maintain key documents, facilitating transparent information sharing among relevant stakeholders.
- Champion the application of project management best practices and incorporate lessons learned from past projects, identifying process gaps and driving proactive improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or relevant industry experience with a track record of successful delivery of at least 2-3 enterprise software projects, preferably to external clients.
- Exposure to multi-tiered software solutions, enabling effective management of cross-functional dependencies.
- Proficiency in project management methodology, with the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, manage resource allocations, and facilitate productive team meetings.
- Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with a Product Manager.
- Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on the big picture and delivering results.
- Stellar communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the power to inspire teamwork and motivate project teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues through keen instincts and organizational experience.
- Solid understanding of multi-tiered software solutions, enabling effective management of cross-functional dependencies.
- Certifications such as PMP, SCM, or ITIL are advantageous.
