As a Senior Production Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. You will report directly to our [title] and you will work out of our Chandler, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning &
execution process within the manufacturing and production planning domain. You
will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and
manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning,
inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply
chain issues. As the Senior Production Scheduler, you will lead the activities
related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning,
inventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will lead the development of AOP
and STRAP, provide direction to your team to achieve organizational objectives
and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will be a
proven team leader and can lead complex global project teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute the monthly plan
(SIOP) and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-time
shipments to meet internal and external customer needs.
* Drive efficiency across the supply
chain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supply
schedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support
of the operating plan (SIOP).
* Strategize with the broader supply
chain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in
service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment & delivery, order
fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.
* Anticipate and mitigate implications
of problems and gaps to the plan (SIOP) and accurately communicate/escalate.
* Responsible for all Master Data at
the site for PeopleSoft ERP.
* Liaison between cross-functional
departments; i.e. Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and
Manufacturing.
* Responsible for identifying areas for
process improvement and development within all levels of the operation.
* Challenge current manufacturing
strategies to ensure that the best process and most customer-oriented
strategies are being utilized.
* Accountable for team key metrics:
Inventory accuracy; safety stock; customer on-time delivery (OTTR); Drive root
cause and corrective actions.

YOU MUST HAVE
* 6+ years' experience in Supply Chain
within a manufacturing environment

* Bachelor's Degree in Materials
Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement
Logistics, or Manufacturing
* 3+ years of project management experience
* Expert in material control systems
such as MRP/SAP systems
* APICS or CPIM Certification
* Strong project management and
problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead and solve complex
organizational problems
* Ability to influence and collaborate
with all levels of the organization
* Expertise in leading/driving change
and mentorship for new leaders or peers
* Expertise across professional
disciplines within the material management function
