Full Job Description

As Manager, Senior Creative Project Manager you will manage end-to-end project management and process optimization engine for the Creative Studio. You will be responsible for creative timelines and budgets, resource management, creative implementation tools, creative development process, day-to-day project management and overall business management for multiple large and complex projects and programs.
 

Team Culture/Work Environment:

  • The studio fosters a friendly and supportive team atmosphere, with onboarding that includes project shadowing.
  • The work encompasses a wide range of projects, from coffee packaging to digital assets, both in-store and out-of-store.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a strategic approach to projects and programs based on the project brief.
  • Guide clients through the creative process from project kick-off to final delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, establish trust, and create open communication lines.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to guide work through all levels of approval.
  • Manage projects according to established project, program, and account management methodologies, influencing best practices.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs with high-performing, often globally distributed teams.
  • Effectively manage multiple complex projects and programs with varying deadlines across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Identify connections across projects to ensure consistency and inspire brand-aligned creative solutions.
  • Adapt to changing business and Studio priorities, while consistently achieving established goals.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external business partners, representing the organization positively in cross-functional settings.
  • Clearly and strategically communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment through respectful and empathetic engagement.

Required Background & Skills:

  • 5+ years of creative project and program management experience, handling scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integrations, procurement, human resources, and communications.
  • 5+ years of experience managing clients as the primary account contact.
  • 5+ years of managing complex, large-scale, or multiple mid-sized creative projects.
  • 5+ years of team building and mentoring.
  • 2+ years of mentoring other project managers in project and program management.
  • 5+ years of experience in large, matrixed organizations and creative agencies.

This is a 6-month contract role, ideally based in Seattle, with potential for remote work.

If you live in the greater Seattle area, we offer a flexible workplace that allows for hybrid work. Partners can work remotely up to two days per week.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72.77 to $80.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
