Job Summary
The Specialist, SuccessFactors is responsible for serving as an SME and system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.
Essential Functions
- Provide ongoing technical knowledge and internal consultation on SuccessFactors HCM product suite.
- Maintain and manage day-to-day operations of SuccessFactors modules, annual talent cycles and special projects.
- Support module owner with process implementation, improvement, and new configurations.
- Manages ongoing system configuration, testing, and deployment across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance, Goals, Development, and Recruiting modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
- Manage tickets for system issues and enhancement requests with implementation partner(s).
- Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate system upgrades, patches, and new releases.
- Create, maintain, and update system admin procedures, process documentation, and user resource guides.
- Conduct audits in a consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy issues.

Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, and PM/GM experience (5+ years)
- HR talent management process experience (5+ years).
- Managing and maintaining confidential and sensitive information (5+ years)
- Project management experience (5+ years).
- HRIS and/or system integration experience (5+ years).
- Technical writing experience (5+ years).
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems configuration (business rules, workflows, MDF objects, RBP, etc.) and administration knowledge.
- Knowledge of Human Resources talent management processes, principles, and theories.
- Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Follow-through mindset to uphold a ‘close the loop’ culture.
- A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics, and project a professional image.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in technology, business systems, or related field or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, and PM/GM Expert accreditations (ONB, development and compensation, highly desirable).
