Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance the customer service application.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
- Understanding of security and compliance best practices in Salesforce.
