Repair Representative- Business Analyst (Murrysville, PA)
As the Repair Representative you are the first point of contact for external and internal customers to handle customer inquiries, coordinate equipment repairs and product returns.
Your role:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound complaints and order requests via telephone calls, email, and fax correspondence; facilitate problem resolution; provide information on our products and services and demonstrate our commitment to customer service by following up on customer issues to ensure superior results.
- Responding to customer requests and questions regarding repairs, service, products, and account information. Analyze and resolve customer concerns using established procedures.
- Coordinating with manufacturing, distribution and service centers to ensure order fulfillment.
- Identify, research, and solve non-standard problems through a solid understanding of our business, products, processes, and procedures.
- Providing back-up support to other members of Customer Service
You're the right fit if:
- You have acquired 2+ years in a Customer Service environment, preferably in a medical device industry.
- You excel in effective telephone communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving conflicts with professionalism and ease. Experience with CRM, such as SAP are strongly desired
- You have an Associate degree or higher in a business-related field or have equivalent professional experience
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You can consistently solve non-routine product, repair, pricing and shipping issues as they relate to current products and customers highly desired.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $39,000 to $67,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
