Description:
* Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
* Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
* Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.
* Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer needs.
* Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
* Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies, all in a University Relations/Early Talent Environment.

Description of the daily duties using the technology tools above:
* Carry out the end to end recruitment process, engage with interns, register and track events.
* Recruit for the above job profiles for interns and early talent, attend local college recruitment events, support University Relations / Early Talent programs and initiatives.
