RECEPTIONIST IN SPOKANE, WA

Volt is immediately hiring for a Receptionist in Spokane, WA.

As a Receptionist, you will be:

Responsible for answering and transferring incoming calls pleasantly and professionally.
Responsible for directing calls to the appropriate associate or department, take a message or transfer to the appropriate associate's voicemail when necessary.
Responsible for greeting visitors.
Responsible for alerting associates when they have a visitor.
Responsible for accepting incoming deliveries.
Responsible for assisting in answering customer questions.
Responsible for assuring appropriate coverage of phones when away from desk.
Responsible for Data entry

This is a Full-time, contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience will be considered.
Customer service skills
Phone skills.
Ability to handle multi-line phone system.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum clerical skills (basic typing and computer skills)
Ability to interact with management.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
