Job Description:
Business Support Manager
Apex Systems is a staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a Business Support Manager with 3-8 years of experience helping manage financial and resourcing forecasts for projects, banking domain knowledge, and knowledge of Agile (SAFe) and Jira to place at our client, a large North American bank.
Client: Big Five Bank
Contract: 1 year rolling contract
Location: Toronto, Downtown Core

Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for managing and tracking budgets financial forecast and analysis.
- Would work within the Interactive Services organization to coordinate manage and track the financials across the portfolio.
- Track projects and drive superior solution delivery of products and projects.
- Provide business support to the organization.
- Managing stakeholder partner and internal relationships is a focus for this role
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile ideally SAFe environment.
- Prepare financial reports on project performance such as burn down rates that highlights the progress of each project and plan allocate the resources and timescale for each one.
- Experience working within financial tools to track budgets for multiple projects
- Experience with JIRA.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
