• Manage infrastructure service solutions projects involving network, server, storage, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with Environments Management, Release Management, Performance Testing, Capacity Management, and other teams.
• Perform capital forecasting, planning, and procurement for infrastructure products and services.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and reporting project progress.
• Develop and maintain documentation, monitor project status, and assess documentation accuracy.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Analyze and report project status, monitor performance, and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Respond to operational issues and RFIs and assist in developing contingency plans and budgets.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly with infrastructure solutions.
• Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of customer tactical goals and project risk management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple functional resources and develop comprehensive project documentation.
• Strong communication skills

Plusses:

• Experience with capital forecasting and procurement.
• Knowledge of Environments Management, Release Management, Performance Testing, and Capacity Management.
• Previous experience coordinating with design teams, build teams, application teams, and Network Services.
