Project Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL 33436
Length: 6+ months contract to hire
Schedule: Hybrid / Driving to different location in the Greater Tampa Bay area and Ocala area.
Pay rate: Range:$35 - $40
Perks: Company Vehicle
Job Description:
Performs installation, startup and closeout of all jobs, assisting Project Managers in design, change orders and other tasks as assigned by the Project Managers. Responsible for managing and maintaining a strong customer relationship. Attend all customer facing project meetings and ensure quality of installation.
MUST HAVES (TOP 3):
1. 2 years+ of installing, programming commercial access control, IP video and alarm systems
2. Excellent Communication skills, will have daily contact w/ end client
3. Previous project management skills

NICE TO HAVES
1. Lenel OnGuard/S2, Genetec, AMAG Access control Cert
2. Milestone, Salient, Genetec VMS Cert
