Using a restorative practice framework, we focus on student wellbeing, community engagement, and learning through intentional experiences. You will share case management leadership with 2 other Program Managers, partner to resolve community conflicts, lead the Community Circle program, and co-supervise student staff.

Responsibilities*
- Be a primary case manager of the M Housing reports of student concern and student behavior in the conduct system including assigning reports for processing.
- Meet with students as a case coordinator related to student conduct, and to support students for whom an experience has interrupted their daily routine.
- Collaborate with campus partners for follow up and supporting student needs.
- Lead the community circle program to engage students regarding community harm and restoration.
- Hire, train, and manage undergraduate and graduate student staff who facilitate the restorative community circles.
- Develop and deliver training to Housing staff regarding restorative practices.
Required Qualifications*
- Master's degree in Conflict Resolution, Peace Studies, Higher Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least two years working in a higher education or community setting with responsibilities related to case management, student conduct, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement.
- Previous experience facilitating topics of social justice, diversity and inclusion, and restorative practices.
- At least one year of supervision experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion work.

Additional Information
Work Location:
- You will work in our dedicated office space on campus. We are in hybrid positions however the majority of the time will be spent on campus. We work some evening or weekend hours.
You will report to the Associate Director of Housing Support & Community Responsibility (HSCR).
You will have reporting obligations under Title IX and Clery.
Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment and applicants for this position will not be sponsored for work visas.
