Our financial services client is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic ad-hoc initiatives aimed at enhancing and optimizing the customer experience for one of their Credit Card offers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of defining and achieving desired outcomes with minimal guidance. This role demands someone who can develop and adapt action plans based on new information and successfully execute them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives to improve customer experiences.
• Develop and adapt action plans to meet evolving project goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions, including digital, data, and modeling, engaging with subject matter experts.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining flexibility in prioritization.
• Drive change through strategic thinking, effective problem-solving, and a results-driven approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, determination, and adaptability.
• Ability to think strategically while focusing on long-term goals.
• High level of curiosity, strong questioning skills, and thorough follow-up abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and adjust plans as needed.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
