Your Opportunity as a Process Automation Center of Excellence Intern

As an intern with our Process Automation Center of Excellence (PACE) you will gain hands-on experience in transforming business operations through cutting-edge automation technologies. As part of the automation team, you'll collaborate with experienced developers, work on real-world automation projects, and grow skills in robotic process automation (RPA), system administration, and job scheduling/orchestration. Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

Work Arrangements: Full-time, hybrid, minimum of 30% in office expectation

In this role you will:

Support our robotic process automation (RPA) software, including job scheduling, automation testing and troubleshooting, and new automation development.
Assist in identifying automation opportunities by analyzing business processes and workflows.
Support the design and development of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
Assist with system upgrade install, setup, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and report the performance of implemented automation solutions, suggesting improvements where necessary.

What we are looking for:

A Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant field
A well-rounded skill set including strong time-management, attention to detail, written and oral communication, and teamwork skills
Experience and/or interest in automation technologies and business process analysis
