Our national client is hiring for a Performance Media Analyst/Manager to join their growing team!

This will be fully remote, 40 hours per week, ongoing.

You must be an expert reporting media analytics and writing insights to tell the story of the campaign to the head of media.

What you will be doing as a Performance Media Analyst/Manager:
- Plans and executes tactical media campaigns and analytics to maximize business and marketing objectives
- Forecast, track, optimize and deliver against aggressive sales and business growth goals (MQL and SQLs)
- Maintain a keen on the metrics that accelerate business success; deliver according to a customer acquisition strategy
- Day-to-day management of all campaigns including reporting, bid management, inventory forecasting, Test & Learn, ROI analysis, optimization, reporting
- Develop budget allocations and final buy recommendations for approval
- Responsible for ensuring launch readiness and Q/A.

What you need to know as a Performance Media Analyst/Manager:
- 8+ years of experience
- Excellent reporting skills, analytics, KPI tracking
- Activation plans by channel and partner
- Budget allocations across subsidiaries, channel and partner
- Q/A and Trafficking documents
- Measurement plans by channel and partner
