Pay Range: $110k - $135k

Day-to-Day

• The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process.
• This role involves managing a team of payroll administrators, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, adhering to payroll regulations.
• Coordinating with timekeeping systems and payroll software, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordinating with auditors, preparing reports for audits, resolving payroll issues, coordinating tax-related activities, participating in system implementations and other projects.
• Providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Must Haves

• 5-10 years of experience as a payroll manager processing over 5,000+ employees
• Multistate payroll experience
• Familiarity with payroll software Vantage.
• BSC/BA in Business Administration
• CPP designation is required

• Experience in system implementations
• Strong excel and analytical skills.
